Questions
Do I need an account to convert?
No. Free conversions work without one. An account is only for Pro and file packs.
What counts as one file?
One finished conversion. If a conversion fails, it does not count against your allowance.
Do unused files carry over?
Not on Pro: the monthly allowance starts again each month (also on a yearly plan). A file pack never expires.
Can I buy a file pack without Pro?
Yes. Anyone with a free account can buy one. If you also have Pro, the pack is used after your monthly allowance runs out.
How long are my files kept?
On every plan, 1 hour after the conversion, then they are deleted. You can delete them sooner.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. You can also get a full refund within 14 days of any charge. See the refund policy.
How do I pay, and are taxes included?
By card, through Stripe. We never see your card number. Prices are in US dollars; taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
Will the free plan stay free?
Yes. We may change the free limits, and we will tell you on this page.
